Shopping Policy

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail the same day of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.

Order processing
begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be processed in the order it is received. Once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 2 - 5 business days after the order is placed. Once your order ships out, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays (All orders are shipped from California).

Order tracking
for orders shipped within the continental United States UPS tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time.

Please note that all duties and extra charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. The credit card billing address must correct on the order page if different from the ship to address.

Return Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund (refund will be minus the S & H cost).

To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure credit.

Shipping & Handling and Return postage charges will not be refunded.

Please Note: Rash guards, T-shirts, and Board shorts cannot be returned after they have been tried on or opened.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
